Teams and roles
You can invite people to work on a website with you. Team membership is per website, so each site has its own members and roles. This page covers roles, seat limits, and invitations.
Roles
Each member has one role on a website:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the website |
| Admin | Manage the team and website settings |
| Editor | Trigger runs and manage content |
| Viewer | Read-only access |
Every website has one Owner, the person who created it. Only the Owner can manage billing.
Seat limits
The number of members a website can have follows its plan:
- Free and Starter include 1 seat.
- Growth includes 3 seats.
- Scale includes 10 seats.
When a website's seats are full, you see "Seats full. Upgrade to invite." Add more seats with the extra-seats add-on, or upgrade. See Add-ons.
Invite a member
An Owner or Admin can invite people:
- Go to Settings > Team.
- Enter the person's email and choose a role.
- Send the invite.
The invitee gets an email and a pending-invite banner in their own Lyra account.
Accept an invitation
If you are invited to a website:
- Sign in to Lyra.
- Open the pending invitation from the banner or the invitations screen.
- Accept to join, or decline.
Accepting an invitation lets you skip the access-request gate for that project.
Manage members
From Settings > Team, an Owner or Admin can:
- Resend an invite.
- Revoke a pending invite.
- Change a member's role.
- Remove a member.
Members who are not the Owner can leave a project themselves.
